By Ricardo d Argence

Menopause may be a natural stage in a woman's life but the accompanying weight gain has all women worried. Weight gain is not just bad for cosmetic reasons but also unhealthy too.

When the estrogen levels in your body decrese, this directly effects the metabolism in your body which makes the body insist on keep its fat resources.

This weight gain also causes several additional health issues. Menopausal weight gain has been linked to certain kinds of cancer including breast cancer, as well as diabetes and heart disease.

The modern science with help of pharmacy industry has made a product, which helps women with menopausal weight loss problems. Since menopauses increases a womans appetite, the claim is that using these weight loss products may help regulate your metabolism. They also state that they can aid women in handling menopausal symptoms as well as protecting them with nutrients.

One of the newest menopausal weight loss products on the market today is a product called Estrin D. It claims to have ingredients like caffeine, guarana, yerba, matte and herbal constituents like damiana, ginger, schisandra and Tibetan ginseng. Fluctuations in hormone levels will result in appetite changes, increased metabolism and mood swings, are some issues these ingredients will help to control. They are all known to increase the basal metabolic rate in a person. The caffeine present in the product is a natural stimulant as well. But people want to know whether this is an appropriate product for menopausal females.

Consuming caffeine during menopause has negative consequences, according to medical studies. Caffeine in normal circumstances can cause an increase in the heart rate, increase blood pressure, sweating. There is evidence that caffeine consumption may have a negative effect on menopausal women. Consuming caffeine might greatly worsen classic menopausal symptoms such as night sweats, insomnia, and hot flashes. During menopause it is important to limit caffeine consumption as it has been linked to osteoporosis.

According to the reviews by users this product has a high quantity of stimulants, which are not medically recommended for women with menopausal problems. These stimulants may cause nausea, anxiety and jitters in women. Besides, stimulants do not guarantee sustained weight loss. Also there seems to be no appetite suppressant in the formula. Caffeine does not guarantee fat loss as compared to a patented fat burner. Moreover, the company does not offer a money back guarantee and the product is pretty high priced.

Menopause problems can be overcome by proper diet and exercise rather than these supplements. These supplements do more harm than good due to such a high amount of stimulants. All you need to do is cut the fat and the fried foods in your diet and exercise regularly. - 15784

Relationships Tips - Wedding Weekend Activities

By Anne Mahrer

Weekend weddings are becoming more popular, particularly as families are spread further apart. They usually begin on Friday night, continue with the wedding Saturday and conclude with a post-wedding breakfast on Sunday before everyone returns home. Planning activities for these weekend-long celebrations doesn't have to be difficult; in fact, it can be quite a bit of fun if you keep everyone's needs in mind. First, consider the wedding. Will this be a formal wedding with a sit-down dinner at its center? If so, you might want to ban a formal rehearsal dinner and replace it instead with an informal barbecue dinner or picnic.

But how will you keep people occupied during the long weekend? There are many activities to consider. Will the wedding be near a lake? How about planning a day at the lake on Saturday, filled with pre-wedding activities like swimming races and beach volleyball. One popular pre-wedding activity is a scavenger hunt. Prior to the wedding weekend, a list of meaningful items should be drawn up, and guests placed in two teams. The list should include things like "get a brochure from the jewelry store where (groom) bought (bride)'s ring" or "take a picture of the group at the location where the couple got engaged". You will have to tailor the scavenger hunt list to the location of the wedding and the energy of the guests who will be participating.

You can even offer lavish prizes for the team that wins the scavenger hunt, such as gift certificates or gourmet food and wine baskets. It might seem an obvious choice to divide the teams into groups who know or are related to the bride and teams who know or are related to the groom, but it might be a little more fun to mix it up a bit. You can create teams of friends versus family, or men versus women (always a favourite choice).

Another activity that's popular during wedding weekends is a competitive sport activity, such as baseball or flag football. Again, add a special twist. Offer prizes for performance (first home run gets a kiss from the bride) or make silly rules, like members of the bridal party have to wear tiaras while running bases or members of the groom's family should always have their shirts on backwards.

It's important that during the wedding weekend, planners keep in mind that the weekend itself might be expensive for some guests, particularly those who had to fly in for the occasion and many of the activities should be free, or inexpensive. If they are more expensive, and planned for the entire group, they should be paid for by either the bride and groom or their families.

But there are plenty of activities that don't have to be expensive, but can provide big bang for the little buck, such as the scavenger hunt suggested above. If the wedding weekend guests will mostly be family, you can schedule a home movie-viewing event, including home movies from both the bride and groom's families. For even more fun, consider an activity where the movies are mixed up and the guests have to guess which family's videos they are watching. - 15784

Free Public Arrest Records - Some Interesting Facts

By Davion W

Searching for free public arrest records is now made easier and more convenient with the aid of the internet.

Employers should be particularly pleased about this because they can make a free public arrest records search fast and easy. Women who have suitors can also make a background check of their suitors to find out if they have been arrested before.

Except in cases wherein the party concerned is not of legal age, pieces of information about arrests are usually not restricted nor limited, thus gaining access to public arrest records should not be a complex procedure, all the less now in the age of technology

Police departments and the NBI may let you gain access to free public arrest records, but in most cases, you will have to present a written request with your reason for desiring such information. Alternatively, you can go online and search for public arrest records for free. Quite a lot of government agencies have websites that will allow you to do this at no cost.

Aside from government agencies, private companies, too, and even private individuals may allow you to gain access to public arrest records for free. However, you must still exercise caution when choosing a site, as not all sites can give you the same quality features. One site may not be as user-friendly as the other, or the technical support of one site may not be of the same level as the one being offered in another site.

Other sites may require minimal payment in order for you to get information, but using paid sites usually offers you more features. For instance, you are able to access not just arrest records of an individual, but other kinds of records you may also be interested in, such as the person?s administrative and personal records.

Anybody can take advantage of the availability of public arrest records. Employers can use these records in screening their applicants. These records can also help women choose the right kind of men to marry. Those who are new in the neighborhood can verify if their neighbors have arrest records.

I have done reviews of sites which have a database of arrest records of individuals. Learn how you can take advantage of free public arrest records by following this link to my site. - 15784

Relationships Infos - Wedding Toast Activities

By Anne Mahrer

Giving a toast is a responsibility that puts fear in the speaking hearts of most members of a wedding party. While it's not usually something that is particularly long or involved, it's public speaking (which doesn't sit well with many people) and really puts people on the spot. If you are planning a wedding and know that most members of this wedding party are hams who won't mind the whole "public speaking" thing, then by all means keep the toasts traditional with dad, the best man and others taking their expected turns at the microphone.

But if you're looking for something different, either because you want to save putting people on the spot, or you simply want to do something different and fun, read on. First, you can certainly take the whole toast thing off the agenda if you wish. There are no rules requiring a toast at any wedding. Weddings should be unique events and reflect the personalities of the bride and groom. But if you want to do something a little different, there are options. You can go the video route, which asks people to essentially make a toast on camera and then the video is given to the bride and groom later. This isn't a particularly unique idea, but it does solve the issue of not wanting to put people on the spot and still gives everyone a chance to say something special to the bride and groom.

If your guest list includes many outgoing people then consider "pass the microphone". This can work in several ways. You can either be silly with it, or deadly serious. Most people like silly. Say dad takes the microphone first. His last name ends with T (so, let's say dad's last name is Smith). He must find someone whose first name begins with a T (Tom? Tony? Tina? Theresa?) and pass the microphone to that person.

This method of giving toasts does put people on the spot (certainly before the fun begins you can warn them so if they are really uncomfortable, they can escape to the restroom or bar) but it can also be a lot of fun. Getting people when they least expect it and then asking them to remember something funny or meaningful about the bride and groom can result in interesting, funny and truthful results. You might also decide that one person at each table be required to give a toast. Number the tables and at various intervals, have the MC or DJ call a number, which will require guests at that table to decide amongst themselves who will give the toast at that table.

Say you have plenty of public speakers in the group, and finding willing toast participants won't be a problem. But you think the subject matter might be. There's an cushy solution to this problem. You can wage open-ended topics for the toast speakers. Say you are providing an "open mike" toast arrangement, where anyone can request the microphone and offer a toast. The DJ, MC or someone else in the wedding party (perhaps the maid of honor or best man) can offer the speaker a surprise topic, which might be pulled from a champagne flute or drawn out of the floral arrangement on the head table. There might be slips of paper to choose, or just one sheet of paper with several ideas.

The speaker might choose to finish this sentence, "I remember when (groom's name here) was a little boy, he always ..." or answer this question, "When was (insert bride's name here) at her silliest? Tell us the story". You might have to give each speaker a minute or two to collect their thoughts, but you're sure to have some interesting stories, some unique anecdotes and some different perspectives on the bride and groom. - 15784

Relationships Infos - Pre Wedding Activities

By Romana Bauer

If the bride and groom keep in mind the distance some guests have traveled and keep activities relevant to that level of fatigue, they're sure to hit on some winning activities. As you go about planning activities for the wedding, keep in mind other factors as well. Do many people have children with them? Will you provide childcare or will the children be participants in the activities? If you have several guests who are older, perhaps activities can be tailored in a ay they can participate as well.

Some of the more popular pre-wedding activities include things like a group manicure. All the women in the wedding party or ho are close to the bride (and certainly this could include men if they like manicures and want to hang out with the ladies) head to a nail salon and get their nails done. This can be relaxing for many women and provide a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of the wedding weekend. The men might choose to golf or play a game of tennis while this is going on.

Many brides and grooms choose to wage structured activities for their guests prior to the wedding. If the wedding is on a Saturday night, for example, they might choose to wage a Friday activity, especially if most guests are local to the wedding. You might have a wedding luau. Many times pre-wedding activities center around bachelor and bachelorette parties, but what about a stag party that includes all the members of the brides and grooms families? You could plan some fun (and appropriate) games and head out to a restaurant for a night of fun and games. Be sure to limit the drinking and carousing as this might not sit well with some family members.

Here is a fun activity that can be done right before the wedding. Have someone begin a gift basket. The theme of the basket is "advice for the couple" and could be started by the best man or maid of honor. They take the basket to someone else's house, perhaps an aunt or cousin and leave it on the doorstep. That mortal adds an item (a book on how to end spousal arguments? Or a CD of romantic music?) and brings the basket to someone else's house. This activity can begin a week or two before the wedding and everyone should know it is coming around.

The basket can also be circulated the weekend of the wedding, but this ill only work if everyone is local and if they know the basket is coming. In this case, it also might be helpful to have someone bring the basket to a house, collect the item and the take the basket to the next location, reducing the need to have each person take the basket to its next location. Once it's full, someone can be in charge of putting the basket items together, wrapping it all up to make it look nice and bringing it to the bride and groom. It can be delivered right to the wedding as a gift in and of itself.

If you want to plan an activity that includes everyone, and you choose golf, but grandpa is in a wheelchair or uses a walker, that might not be the best activity to plan. - 15784

What's Next After Enlightenment

By Dr Bil Holton

Every swept floor invites another sweep. Every child bathed invites another bathing. Each lawn mowed demands another mowing. Every breath taken demands another breath.

The sun rises every morning and sets each evening. The moon shines each night. Tides ebb and flow every day. Birds sing perfect songs today and sing them again tomorrow.

Oysters open their shells when the moon is high in the heavens. The chambered nautilus forms a new chamber in its spiraled shell every lunar month.

When we breathe, we do not stop inhaling because we have taken in all of the oxygen we will ever need. We stop breathing because we have all the oxygen we need for that particular inhalation.

When we exhale we stop exhaling in order to prepare for the next breath. We will need to repeat the process, however, no matter how perfectly we have inhaled and exhaled.

What these examples are showing us is what is done invites redoing.

So what do we do after we become enlightened? We become more enlightened. Once we are consciously one with the Infinite Isness there is a tendency to think we are complete, that we are perfect, that we have reached the pinnacle of our perfection.

But nothing is further from the truth. There is a Zen koan which goes like this: Before enlightenment, mountains are mountains and rivers are rivers. At the moment one is enlightened, mountains are no longer mountains and rivers are no longer rivers. After enlightenment, mountains are again mountains and rivers are again rivers.

A current version of this Zen saying comes from Unity minister, Jim Rosemergy who reminds us, "Mystics do not denounce the world once they turn to God. They remain in the world but not of the world. Even mystics have bills to pay."

When we are enlightened, that is, once we positively, absolutely, without a doubt realize we are the Christ expressing as us, we remain in the world, but not of the world to show others the way to enlightenment.

That is our spiritual mission: to fully express our Christ potential and help others to do likewise. It is the same commission expressed in Matthew 28:19-20.

I will share the New Revised Standard Version and then sprinkle an metaphysical interpretation from the New Metaphysical Version of Matthew to add spiritual depth.

After His resurrection Jesus told His disciples in verse 19:

"Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit."

Ontologically Jesus was referring to three specific nations: our body, mind, and soul. Baptizing the nations means cleansing our body, mind, and soul from unhealthy material attachments.

We are to do this 'in the 'name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.' Name means 'in the nature of.' And, ontologically speaking Father, Son, and Holy Spirit refer to the three aspects of Divine Order (Mind, Idea, Expression).

So, we are to purify our body, mind, and soul by becoming one with the nature of the Christ Presence within us so we can divinely order our experience.

Matthew 20 says in the New Revised Standard Version: " Teach them to obey everything I have commanded you, remembering that I am with you always, even to the end of the world."

Metaphysically 'teach them' means to walk our talk with integrity. 'I am with you always' means we have an indivisible, unshakable, eternal connection with Spirit. To the 'end of the world' means from one cusp of consciousness to another.

Matthew 20 tells us to walk our talk by letting our Christ Light shine as we move from one level of enlightenment, one level of refinishing to another. So, what's next after we enlightenment?

We are in the world but not of the world. We live as monks and mystics in cities, towns, and communities. We light up the world with our example. Like the spiritual masters who became enlightened before us we will teach others how to teach others.

We will look like typical men and women, but our values and the way we live, move, and have our being will demonstrate our surrender to our higher calling.

We will have human challenges, but we will not be bound by them. We may use eyeware, hearing aids, or pace makers, but we will not be defined by them.

We may use medications or need hospitalization, but we will not be diminished by them. We may find ourselves in a world that is not perfect, but we will not be limited by that imperfection.

We will be in the finishing and refinishing business. We will pot and repot ourselves daily. We will renew and continue to renew ourselves. We will tool and re-tool ourselves constantly.

We will continue to seek enlightenment because enlightenment is a verb, not a noun. It is a process, an unfolding, a journey from one exhilarating level of consciousness to another. - 15784

Why Should I Chase After A 700 Credit Score

By Frank Froggatt

It is kind of curious when you think about it, the fact that all of us are recognized and even thought of as just numbers. The same applies whenever we go down to the bank to apply for a loan or a mortgage if you don't have a score of at least 700 then you don't have a good score, and chances are you will run into troubles obtaining your desired money.

But what is a credit score? A credit score is merely a way of grading an individual based on their past to determine whether they will be dependable enough to pay off the loan that they are requesting. Credit scores for the most part range from between 340 to 800 and if you score isn't at least around the 700 range you can either count on paying a higher interest rate if it does get approved or if it is too low being refused entirely.

You might think that this is an unfair arrangement but in truth it is the only viable way that a possible lender can get a look for who you are and if indeed you are honest. They pretty much have you over a barrel on this one, it is either you agree to their conditions or you don't get those essential funds.

There are many Americans in the United States who possess good credit scores. This happens because they don't spend beyond their means and pay their bills on time.

But for those who don't score well, they have to find a way to make ends meet by cutting down on their expenses and paying these debts gradually..A good idea will be to talk to your creditor about the situation so they can come up with a payment plan so this will never appear on their permanent record. If you have been carrying a good credit score up to now that is probably the wisest choice of action to start.

If your wallet is stuffed with unneeded credit cards do yourself a favor and lose all of them except for one of them if you absolutely must have any at all. Be certain that you get rid of all the newest cards and only keep the the oldest card for this will reflect better on your credit report.

One mistake some people make especially when their credit history is less than 3 years old is opening a new account even when it is not necessary. Try to use common sense when dealing with credit if you can't afford it don't get it.

If your credit score is just a few points from 700, look at the document and see if everything stated there is correct. Who knows, you might get lucky and find out that there was an error made. You can call the credit agency to tell them about it and send the supporting documents so an investigation can be done and this matter can be corrected.

In order to get a copy of your credit report all you need to do is contact one of the three main credit bureaus they are Transunion, Experian, and Equifax. Though the scoring system they use is different from one another, it states the same thing so you know what it is..This changes yearly so get another in one year and compare the results versus the year before..

A good credit score of 700 and above can get you low interest rates when you need to apply for a loan You can use that low interest money in any way you choose be it for schooling, a mortgage, or even home improvements. If you want to get it, then you have to work for it as this number won't appear out of thin air.

Don't even ask for a loan if you don't already know what your score is.Knowing this will avoid you the embarrassment of being told that there are issues on your report that are keeping you from being approved for the loan. - 15784

Marriage Advice - How To Stop Relationship Drift

By Johnnie S Laney

Most all of us begin marriage feeling very happy, close and loving towards each other. Then as time goes on we start to lose our passion. We get caught up in the burdens and responsibilities of making a living and raising kids. We feel like we are drifting apart from our spouse. Is this normal, should you expect it? And can you stop relationship drift in your marriage?

Yes, it is normal in all long term relationships to experience relationship drift. It is normal for the passion to fade and for responsibilities and burdens to replace the love and pleasure you used to take in each other. It is normal, and it of course can be deadly to your marriage. The less you enjoy and play with each other, the greater the chance for divorce or an affair. What can you do?

Well, one of the top keys to a great marriage is PLAY. In the beginning you played a lot with each other. You went to movies, had sex, went out to eat, did lots of fun things together. Then over time you stopped doing a lot of those things as you got caught up in the burdens and challenges of making a living and raising kids. After several years many marriages have almost no play in them at all.

So one of the first, easiest things you can do to stop relationship drift is to bring back more play in your marriage. Set up date nights where you spend some quality time doing things you both enjoy together. You dont have to have more than one date night a week, but just one can make a big difference.

Make this a special time where you dont complain about work or talk about the kids or other family issues. Make it a time to relax and enjoy the occasion and each other. Focus on your partner and you having a good time.

Another thing you can do to stop relationship drift is to find ways to keep sex from getting too mechanical. You don't have to wear a belly dancer outfit or try 1000 different positions. Sex should be fun, not make you feel inadequate or ridiculous.

But it also isn't hard or difficult to keep sex from becoming stale. One simple way to improve the quality of your sex life is to have sex when you both aren't exhausted at the end of a day. Schedule quality time when you both have energy. Then, just take some of that energy and focus it on your partner. You know what they might like, and when you have energy it is easy to spend some extra time on pleasing them.

These two tips can begin to turn around relationship drift. Adding more play back into your love life can quickly improve your marriage. Your mate is just like you. They want to have fun, feel appreciated, and feel like you are a special partner in their life. Just ten minutes or so a day of extra focus on playing with them can make both of you feel special again in each others eyes. - 15784

Do you know who Cupid really is?

By Tracy Anderson

You've seen him in the movies, in cartoons and on numerous Valentine cards. But do you know who Cupid really is?

Now that Valentine's Day is just around the corner, here's a brief history of this timeless character who brings lovers together and mends broken hearts.

Of course, Cupid generally needs no introduction. He's that little boy with wings who shoots arrows that turn people into lovers. He is seen as either nude or diapered and is sometimes blindfolded - hence the expression "love is blind."

Cupid's name comes from the Latin word "cupido" which means desire. Although he is often pictured as a pious angel, Cupid was actually the god of erotic love and beauty in Roman mythology. His mission was to make people fall in love or engage in physical intimacy.

There are two sides to Cupid's origins. To the Greeks, he was known as Eros, the son of Nyx (the goddess of the night) and Erebus (the symbol of darkness and shadow) who delighted in debauchery.

In the Roman version, Cupid was the son of Mars (the god of war) and Venus, the goddess of love. To the Romans, Cupid was a lively youth, a practical joker and one who liked to spread love.

Both versions, however, tell the same story. Cupid's mom Venus was extremely jealous of the beautiful Princess Psyche who was loved by the people.

Infuriated at the thought that more people were worshipping Psyche, Venus ordered Cupid to shoot the former with an arrow. Her goal was to make Psyche fall in love with the poorest and ugliest man in the world.

But Venus' evil plan went wrong. When Cupid saw Psyche, he was struck by her awesome beauty and dropped an arrow on his foot. That made him fall in love with the lovely princess.

"Following that, Cupid visited Psyche every night in his invisible form and told her not to try to see him. Psyche, though, incited by her two older sisters who told her Cupid was a monster, tried to look at him and angered Cupid. When he left, she looked all over the known world for him until at last the leader of the gods, Jupiter, gave Psyche the gift of immortality so that she could be with him. Together they had a daughter, Voluptas (Pleasure) and Psyche became a goddess of the soul," according to the editors of Wikipedia.

Through the years, Cupid has emerged as a popular symbol of Valentine's Day. This famous icon and his tale of undying love have inspired lovers throughout the world. - 15784

Covering Your Legal Needs In A Divorce

By Jack Hammerson

In the eyes of the married couple a divorce is an emotional thing. A marriage is coming to an end and that can either elicit strong negative emotions or it can bring out a huge sigh of relief from both parties. Sometimes a marriage just does not work and when that happens, and both sides agree that it just cannot be worked out, then it is time for a divorce.

In the case of divorce the legal system is only concerned with the dissolving of a legal partnership that has financial ramifications that need to be addressed before the legal process is complete. When emotions come in to play then it can prolong the divorce and turn it into a long drawn out process, but the government is not interested in how much the couple no longer likes each other. The government is only concerned in a proper ending to a legal partnership and the more the couple can work together towards that end the better off everyone will be.

Divorce is harder for both side when contested, and both sides will loose out when the divorce is strongly contested so the best way to make sure that each side does not walk away feeling like they got the wrong end of the deal is to negotiate a separation agreement through lawyers prior to filing for divorce. Do not try and negotiate a separation agreement on your own even if the couple seems to be getting along relatively well. A separation agreement should be litigated through lawyers to make sure all of the right legal angles are covered. Since the purpose of a separation agreement is to become the legal outline to the divorce then getting the legal aspects of it correct are extremely important.

There needs to be an agreement as to how the debt will be divided up between the couple. The court will want to account for every debt the couple has during the divorce and it does not matter whose name is on the debt. If the husband has a credit card in his name then it needs to be laid out in the separation agreement that the husband assumes responsibility for that particular debt. A separation agreement and divorce does not change the terms of the original debt agreement but it can assign responsibility to who has to pay it when the divorce is final. In other words if both names are on a debt with the husband as a primary borrower and the wife as co-signer then even though they both agree that the husband is responsible for paying the debt the wife is still co-signer and still responsible for the pay off of the debt if the husband defaults. But the court will want debt responsibility assigned before it will approve a divorce.

If there was an agreement in place before to the marriage in regards to property purchased during the marriage then that needs to be incorporated into the separation agreement. If not then there needs to be an official separation of the marital property that both parties agree to. In the separation agreement it can be something as simple as the statement that marital property has been divided between the couple and agreed to or something along those lines. In the case of marital property, unless it is a matter of a furtune, the courts will not use this as a reason to hold up the divorce. If it is stated in the separation agreement that the property is amicably divided then the court is usually happy with this. It is up to the lawyers to decide how litigation needs to go into dividing marital property.

Issues such as child support, visitation with the children, and who the children will reside with are usually left to the family court to decide. You can attempt to include stipulations in the separation agreement that address the children but the courts usually make those decisions regardless of what the separation agreement says. However it never hurts to put what the couple has agreed to in the separation agreement for the family court to consider. - 15784

How To Get The Lowest Cost Funeral

By Jack Hammerson

Many senior citizens begin to consider their alternatives concerning burial costs after they reach a certain age, or when there is a death in the family. It is a very real concern. The price of burying a loved one has skyrocketed over the last ten years. The advertisements you see on TV tell us that we can hire a funeral director for about six thousand dollars. What they don't make clear is that price is their cost and does not include the cost of the burial vault, casket, the grave site and opening and closing the grave. The cost often tops $14,000.00.

There is a much cheaper way to be buried. Cremation is by far the cheapest way to bury a loved one. Most people shrink from the thought of cremation, worried they are doing something against their christian principles or that their bodies will not go to heaven if they cremate a loved one, or themselves. You need not worry. Please remember that your body does not go to heaven. It is your soul that goes to heaven. The body rots in the grave. So, if you have done anything, you have prevented the body from rotting.

Cremation is a very real alternative to burial for one very special reason; you can save thousands of dollars. For the elderly person living on a fixed income, spending thousands of dollars for a funeral is out of the question. They don't want to create more debt that will be left to their loved ones to pay. If they don't have the money to pay for a funeral, more often than not, they will be buried by Welfare in a cardboard coffin and a concrete vault that does not seal, letting water soak into the coffin and starting the rotting process faster than normal. None of us want to think of our loved ones rotting in the grave when we could have prevented it.

What can we do to insure our loved ones remains are taken care of respectfully? The cheapest and most respectful way is to cremate the body. With cremation we don't have to buy anything, except an urn to keep the ashes in. There is no grave to buy, no casket or concrete vault to purchase and no opening and closing costs of hundreds of dollars on top of the grave costs. Cremation allows you to choose to keep your loved one with you or to scatter the ashes over an area that was special to him/her, such as a special fishing spot, or a beautiful wooded locale that was special to your loved one. Maybe he or she was an avid sailor and wanted their ashes spread over the sea. You can do that.

Cremation is the lowest cost funeral you can possibly have. The average cost of cremation is less than $200.00. Some states allow you to provide your own box in which to cremate the body, saving you even more money. It's your choice, thousands versus a couple hundred dollars. Which is most affordable for you? - 15784
