Divination With Tarot Readings Pendulums and Crystal Balls.

By G M Baxter

Crystals are used in the same way that casting stones are. Contrary to the fortune tellers in old movies, crystal balls do not open as a window to show scenes of what is happening, or what is to come.

The art of divination often uses a crystal ball as the focal point the same way as tarot cards in tarot readings. Amethyst balls are a color that promote open-minded universal intelligience. Gazing into crystal balls is known as scrying to Wicca's.

Keep your mind blank and stare into the crystal ball. This is the best way to get the most out of scrying. While in a relaxed state focus on the question at hand, if you are fully relaxed and your mind is open, you will see an image in your mind or hear the answer in your head. There are some psychics that use crystal balls who say they have actually seen images in them. The use of large stones can sometimes be applied in various sorts of divination.

The Use Of Pendulums:

Pendulums are used mostly for yes or no questions. Pendulums are any weight suspended by a chain or a string. The psychic reader will hold the pendulum over loosely over the center of a paper or cloth that has been divided into areas for yes and no.

They themselves don't move the pendulum, but they make an inquiry and the pendulum starts to sway to and fro, signalling a response. Using in pendulums in tarot readings is also an option that psychics use in their readings.

A rendition of this divination has been used on pregnant women for many years. A needle is threaded and the psychic person will hold the thread over the abdomen of the pregnant woman and ask what the baby will be. The needle, swinging backward and forward, or side to side is an indication that the baby is male. If the needle swings in a circle of it's own volition, the baby will be a girl.

Psychic readings and Tarot readings can be done with several different methods each of which is unique and different. - 15784
