The infertility of a man is all about numbers and therefore it is said that the more semen produced and ejaculated by the man, the more chances that the sperm cells may hit the egg of the female. This will help in conception of a child. A mans semen production emits a strong sexual presence and the sperm count plays a very major role if the couples are planning to have a healthy baby. Your eating habits make a big impact on your health and sexual life. Due to a busy lifestyle most people do not have much time to prepare healthy food and therefore rely on junk foods. The junk foods are considered to be a rich source of cholesterol which can lead to obesity and may have ill-effects on human health. Unhealthy food also affects a mans semen production. Eating foods which are rich in vitamins can really help men to increase their sperm count. Therefore infertile men should make a habit of eating more of natural foods and fruits in order to increase the sperm count.

Water is a great way to avoid health problems, therefore drinking a minimum of eight glass of water everyday can help you to increase sperm count.

Those people who have a habit of drinking excess alcohol should cut down on it as alcohol is considered to have lots of ill effects on human health. It affects the sperm count a lot and therefore avoidance of alcohol completely can really be very effective from the point of view of increasing sperm count.
