START SLOW, THEN KISS HER LIKE SHE KISSES YOU.
Here's how to mix this strategy with that of Anticipation...
When you decided to start to kiss her, try this: start to kiss her, but when your lips touch hers, STOP!
Move your lips across hers, back and forth, brushing a bit, then pull back.
I recommend looking into her eyes and smiling at this point.
Okay, now you'll probably be sitting there thinking, "Why the heck didn't I just kiss her?" But bear with me here...
She'll probably be sitting there tingling all over, and feeling like she wants to kiss you more!
